About me

Hi! Welcome to Logistika One. My name is Lidia Faustova and I am a Logistics consultant.

I'm an experienced supply chain consultant, helping Amazon e-commerce businesses handle their supply chain. Having studied supply chain management, I'm versed in the theory, in addition to my hands on experience on the ground.

Originally from Moscow, I'm now based in Europe, in sunny Barcelona, Spain. I've operated with Amazon businesses, working with warehouses across the continent.

The supply chain for Amazon sellers is complex. More so than many other businesses. Rules constantly change and it can be time consuming to keep up with it all.

I have worked with Amazon businesses for over 4 years. Supply chain can be difficult, and I've had a few learnings along the way. I'm ready now to share this experience to help your business, providing you with all the best practices for Amazon optimisation that I've learned.

Here are a few things that I have been working on during the past few years:

- Expanded my client's businesses into new markets (Canada, UK and Europe).
- Managed international shipments from China, Germany, UK, South Korea, and the USA.
- Managed different types of products from very light small sized ones to oversized heavy products that could be managed only by FBM (fulfilment by merchant).
- Managed hazardous goods shipments (cosmetics, flamable items).
- Established a network of reliable forwarders and 3PLs.
- Set up and maintained good relationships with factories.
